The Highpoint is great for riders looking for a hardtail rig for more casual riding, but don’t be mistaken – if you want to tear up the trails the Highpoint is more than able to keep up.
The 6051 alloy frame of the Highpoint is tough, featuring oversized and tapered tubing for drastically increased frame stiffness. Cables are run along the top tube to keep them out of the muck for more precise and reliable shifting performance. The replaceable derailleur hanger is designed to yield before the frame does, significantly reducing the cost of repairs in the event of a crash
